ON HER MORNING ROUTINE
The first thing I do in the morning is feed my cat, wash my face with cold water and make a nespresso.
on becoming a producer
I grew up with a video rental place around the corner. My best friend Gabby and I would rent a movie after field hockey practice. We were obsessed with Almodovar and Michael Haneke. The moment I watched Cleo 5 a 7 was a defining moment. I found myself producing at Vice in 2009 and haven’t stopped since.
on creating srsly
I’ve recently created a production company/agency called SRSLY that focuses on producing and developing content for both commercial and non-commercial female directors.
on srsly Fridays
I have something called SRSLY Fridays where we’ve been watching Jacques Tati, Agnes Varda, Charlie Chaplin, Cassevetes, Kieslowski, but also anything by Studio Ghibli.
on her personal style
I love vintage but I also am partial to Steven Alan, Acne, and a store called Bird. However my mom lives in Italy and her classic Italian shopping places that have been there for decades are my favorite. I’m drawn to 90’s Winona Ryder meets Monica Vitti.
on her beauty routine
I mostly use Aesop my beauty regime is very minimal. I like Aesop Women's B & Tea Balancing Toner, Aesop Women's Fabulous Face Cleanser, and Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti-blemish Masque. I also use Aesop A Rose By Any Other Name Body Cleanser, Aesop Women's Color Protection Conditioner, and Aesop Women's Classic Shampoo. For makeup I wear Diorshow Pump 'N' Volume Mascara, Diorskin Nude BB Crème, and I normally a L'Oreal Silver Pencil Eyeliner.
