Meet Chloe Dewberry

ON HER MORNING ROUTINE

My morning usually starts off with the ringing sounds of about eight alarms, followed by numerous “Snooze” sessions. When I do finally rise from the pillow, I make a quick trip to the Dunkin Donuts right off of the train stop and dash to work.

I’ve been writing since I was in grade school. It started as these weird “young adult” stories when I was in fifth grade, but developed into “journalism” during my high school and college years.

on being content coordinator at opening ceremony

As Content Coordinator at Opening Ceremony, it’s my job to ideate and help coordinate digital marketing campaigns that live on multiple brand platforms. It’s cool because I also get the opportunity to work with these awesome subjects and work on fulfilling projects.

All of these books are such great reads. Funk & Soul Covers is one of the best photo-with-commentary coffee books that you can display on your table.

on her personal style

I get most of my clothes from secondhand or vintage stores. I just can’t disclose which ones. I love vintage streetwear, but most importantly, I like to be comfortable! I (literally) share a closet a closet with my boyfriend, so I’ll wear a lot of his vintage jerseys and sneakers to the office or when I go out at night. That’s right...we share sneakers...seriously.

on her beauty routine

I’m one of those “puts on her makeup on the train” kind of girls. You know the ones: arm or leg wrapped around the pole while she attempts to apply mascara without stabbing her eye. I pretty much stick to my trusted products. I have naturally curly hair, so I use Moroccanoil Intense Curl Cream to enhance the ringlets. I also bleach my hair, so Clairol Shimmer Lights Shampoo helps keep it blonde. Less is more! A little MAC Russian Red goes a long way. I also use Bumble and bumble Surf Infusion, Essie 'Meet Me at Sunset, and Maybelline Great Lash Big Mascara.
